Before you submit

• Language and dialect required, and any interpreter gender preference where relevant.
• Date, start time and expected duration of the appointment.
• Full venue address and postcode for face-to-face bookings, or state if the appointment is by telephone or video.
• Case/reference number and whether the matter is Legal Aid funded, where applicable.
• Type of appointment — for example court hearing, solicitor/client meeting, medical appointment, social care meeting or assessment.
